3 production models?

             Things get more curious-- The seller says the  black base for the
white kitten says 218 usa and McCoy. Well--the  black  base to the brown
kitten  says "219, McCoy USA" according to Roerig 91, on page148... AND the
TAN base for the white kitten says "218 USA"   only acc. to same on page 156.
SO-----it seems as if this was a black base from the one with the brown kitten
it would say 219 McCOY USA . Could there have been 3 production models----

WHITE    KITTEN  on BLACK-------218  MCCOY USA
WHITE    KITTEN  on TAN------------218 USA
BROWN  KITTEN on BLACK-------219 McCOY USA
..
Even more supportive of this view is that their is a  BLACK base ONLY
presently on EBAY  and the seller refers to it as #218--which would mean it
would go with the white kitten---if it was the base for the BROWN KITTEN it
would be marked #219.
