Hello all, it looks like there was a big problem with the list server.  I 
still cannot figure out what was causing the problem, but have fixed it 
with a work around.  Please note that the list servers address has 
changed from list.mia.net to lists.mia.net  Below, please find new 
instructions on posting to the list.
