Terry,
Just a thought--even a McCoy coolector may make a mistake.  We have
collected, bought and sold McCoy for over 20 years.  Since we never did
too much with the cookie jars, I'm not sure we couldn't be fooled.
Thanks to the NMxpress, we are getting better informed about the
reproductions than we were before.  We bought and resold a Chairman of
the Board several years ago.  Later I found out that it is being
reproduced.  I don't know when that started, so we will never know if we
sold an original or not.  I think we did, and I certainly hope so.  One
person who was making repros a number of years ago (I think mostly Hull,
but not sure) is in the central Ohio area.
