At your leisure, prices I am interested in are:
mug + saucer
salad/dessert plate (7")
creamer & sugar pair
square plates
cookie jar
in addition to any listed above, I have seen the following serving pieces:
casserole
charger/larger platter
butter dish
My question is: are there any other companion pieces/serving pieces listed in
the book?
Finally, does having full sets of things increase the value of the set? For
example, would a complete set of 10 place settings be worth more than the pieces
sold individually?
