I hope I am not losing my mind.  I am sure that is where I saw it, but
maybe it isn't there anymore, because I couldn't find it either.  
The book is McCoy Pottery with Price Guide by Jeffrey B. Snyder, A
Schiffer Book for Collectors.  Idon't remember what the price was (I put
it on a credit card), but it was mailed from Books on Colectibles, PMB
149, 2103 Decatur Road, Decatur, GA 30033.  It was mailed June 14, and I
got it just a few days later.
Perhaps you could do a search for that company.
