frontier family

i bought a cookie jar at an auction.  didn't think it was McCoy so I put it 
in the garage.  then I was looking through the red book and to my surprise 
there it was.  It is on pg.53 of the red book, #213. 
My question is:  Is the frontier family rare or just the turkey finial?
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
