Gift-Turtle Sprinkler or Cobblers Bench

The turtle sprinkler would be great if the person has plants.  It really
works!!  Used to have my own shop and used one on my plants.  Don't have
it anymore.  I bought myself another one and found out it had been
repaired--poorly
