I need additional information to visualize the piece.   First off, the
number, USA and the Mc sound like McCoy but I can't imagine what it looks
like.  Is it round, rectangle?  McCoy's colors are recognizable when you
get to know them.  The glaze is, too.  I will be glad to help if I can but
I am not an expert YET.
