I would not say your stuck.  If you have bought the same thing in the recent 
past and it has cost you less, then I would tell that person that You paid 
xxx amount in shipping and insurance and thats what your paying now.  If they 
don't like it they can go to the next highest bidder.  And if they go to the 
next highest bidder I would leave negative feedback for them.
