Brown Bear Cookie Jar

I have a sitting down brown bear cookie jar with his hands on his tummy,
his tonque out to the side, and the bottoms of his feet up.  The mark on
the bottom is Gilner, G-405.  Any info on who produced, when, value,
would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you. Shirley
