Karen,

I am the one who mentioned a soup tureen...then I had to run off to make sure 
I could still find it.  I found it in the closet under the basement 
stairs...and my husband seems to think that the ladle is in a box upstairs 
(still packed in the "junk drawer box" from our last move - 11 years ago.)  
If you'd like to buy it, I'm sure happy to sell it to you for a fair price 
(whatever that would be!) plus actual shipping costs.  I know it deserves a 
much better life than it's had lately...now I feel terrible and have to go 
rescue it and find the ladle!
