I found your blue bowl in an old McCoy book I have.  The info states
that it is a 1941 console bowl with the NM USA mark.  It is pictured in
the same blue as yours.  Nice find!!  Since this is a very old book the
price listed is $7 - $10 but I have found that in the new books the
prices  are about ten times that listed in the old one.

Way to go!!!

PS  there are matching candlesticks pictured with it but no other pieces
are mentioned.
