Teresa, The HNH bothered me for a long time also.  They are refering to a
set of McCoy reference books.  There are Vol 1-2-3-  and are writen by
Hansen- Nielson-Hansen and altho
they are not my personal favorites they are very through  with info about
the McCoy lines.  Vol 3 has only been out for about a year and it has a
wonderful index of all three volumns.
