The biggest problem in stopping Faye is the fact that she is selling LRRH
cookie jars made by Roger Jensen. He registered the McCoy name as a
trademark in 1992. Opening "The New McCoy Pottery Co". After much
controversy over the trademark, Jensen ceased using the "McCoy" mark and
began marking his jars," Brush-McCoy". Again, this was challenged and as of
1997 Jensen is no longer LEGALLY able to use the word McCoy in any manner on
his jars. Then he started marking them "B.M.Hull," if they were marked.
I did notice that Roger Jensen was also selling on ebay.
We know that Faye implies that the pottery is old, but all she really has to
say when questioned, is that the cookie jars came from the "New McCoy
Pottery Co."
