I received this back from  the loop  email hope it 'splains the  art
mark.

I believe you will find that this mark was used by Billie when she a
Nelson
started a new company on 3rd Street in Zanesville.  They didn't produce
any
pottery, they contracted the production, but Bille did some of the
design
work and they packed and shipped there in the facility on 3rd Street.
Sorry, I can't remember the years, items, etc., but I am sure Billie can

fill you in on the years, items, etc. under this mark.  herb hawk
