HI McCoy made a dog pulling a cart he is setting in front of the cart resting the dog looks to be a terrirer my book shows one that is green/ivory w/ brown spray book value on it is 35.00-50.00 in my other book is shows the same planter in the non-production black glaze this one has a value of 90.00-100.00 hope this helps he is also 8 1/2' tall.
