Thanks for the notes.
I don't remember what books I've looked in, but quite a few. Any that I 
could borrow, look at in the library and bookstores.
So I have checked quite a few.

No I don't belong to the Heisey Group..  I only have a few pieces of old 
glass and only by accident! ~vbg~

If anyone does have a book, I would love it if you could take a peek to see 
if it's in there.

When I did check Pyramid glass the pattern is very different and I saw 
several sugar/creamer/tray sets in the $200 + range. Which I thought was 
interesting.
