Thanks to everyone who responded to me a while back re: the seller who 
wouldn't answer my e-mails telling her that I needed the insurance receipt 
for the broken item she shipped. I wrote her one last time, telling her 
that I was really getting weary with her for not responding to me for weeks 
while I knew that she had been online, because she had activity on eBay. 
Her response (finally!) was that she was *sure* she had packed it very 
carefully. She said that she had already trashed the insurance receipt. I 
wrote again, and very nicely asked her to return the money for the broken 
item, and that I didn't even expect the shipping amount, etc., 
and  ................. well - to make this story shorter, she wouldn't do 
anything about the broken piece, so I left negative feedback - the first 
time I've ever done that. I would have only left neutral feedback even if 
she wouldn't have rectified the situation if she hadn't been so 
condescending and tried to make me feel like the person at fault when it 
was she who didn't keep up with the insurance receipt. THEN - she responded 
to my feedback with, "Buyer is confused with a different seller! See my 
previous excellent feedback!"  If there's a way for me to "respond to her 
response," I don't know how to do it. *SIGH*
