She certainly is, and I've told her so more than once by using eBay's 
"contact a seller" form. Actually, the second time I wrote her, I said that 
I wish her and her crap would stop showing up in my searches. She wrote 
back saying that she was turning me into eBay because I was harassing her 
¡LOL! ... and using bad language (which I didn't use). I told her to have 
at it .... told her I don't think eBay would do anything about me if they 
won't do anything about her after my repeated complaints to them regarding 
her fraudulent sales. That has been a few weeks ago, and I haven't heard 
anything else from her or eBay. ROFL
