New McCoy pottery  yep there is such a thing but  its faked stuff from
old patterns or  other companies like Hull etc.  much of it is made
from  molds bought on  ebay and the  faked mark is added  the crazing
on so called old pieces is  not real its manufactured If you see  an
item with that one mark  check  before bidding  if time  to make sure
its  original  because they are  now  producing a wader  range of
items  from mold  the make by placing  some stuff over  an old piece to
get a new  mold which  is smaller  when the item is produced .  So far
only that one mark  which  the  guy claims to own  registration on  is
on  the  items all other marks are still registered to either   Nelson
McCoy or  the  owners of the  company now and the company  is  not
producing  pottery its  just a name  so far  never reopened after the
late 1980's . I had checked on that  registered make  a while back and
it  was considered  "dead" nobody owned it then  the  Jenson guy who
claimed to own the company  lost that mark  ownership  when he  was  so
I  hear  incarcerated  for some time  .  He may have reregistered the
mark  but as of  2001 he didn't .
As far as ebay doing something abut these people they can't nelson
tried   but they add disclaimers  and never  use  his name  or state
that anything is original.  as you can see faye never replies to emails
she also  makes her auctions private and also her feedback  she is a
top money maker for ebay so they will not get involved  basically when
The  Mccoys tried to  get this stuff off ebay they were told  tough
luck  you do not own the company anymore  the true owners have to
complain  or hire a lawyer.
Nelson even  went to Tenn. and met this guy who is apotter  and  saw his
operation and ba  he  cannot  do a thing  about it . now.
