Help!!!!!
For some reason, I've been getting an extrodinary
amount of binary messages (HTML formatted, cutsey
colored backgrounds and other braindead crap) from
this list.

In the past, it only happened occasionally. So, I
just tried to filter out or remember the offending
email address. Now, it looks like half the list
has forgot the word "netiquette"!!!!!!

I did not subscribe to the list to receive binary
data. I do not want binary data!! It is excrutiating
to keep receiving it. HTML is offensive!!! Binary
data is offensive!!!!

Is there any way I can omit the cutsey, braindead, colored
and weird fonted messages without unsubbing from this list,
as others have recently done???? I don't mind the "chatting",
but I just can't handle the rudeness of the binary data.

If this sounds like I'm ticked off about the amount of
binary crap on the list, that's not even the half of it!!
I'm insensed!
I'm a computer professional and I KNOW BETTER!! I don't
have a lot of patience with rude people who blunder in
and completely ignore normal netiquette. :-( Handing
a computer to people who refuse to learn how to use it,
is as bad as handing a loaded gun to a child. ;-)

If we can't teach people to follow the usual rules or if
there's not a way to configure the list to send text data
as opposed to binary data, I'm outta here and will find
other venues to discuss/locate McCoy pieces, as the other
recent unsubbers have done.

acp
