The yahoo list do have   a place in them for members to upload  files 
and make  photo albums   the list owner   has to just  give permissions
for members to be able upload. then  just  add thelink to all outgoign
posts  .  I have owned a list for years but  don't use it much its   got
lots ofmembers but mostly has turned into a  selling list  since I 
gave  the other moderator  full  reighn with it .
