[Mccoypottery-talk] slightly OT: ebay and shipping

I sell on ebay all the time, especially postcards. I try to charge only
the exact shipping charges, no handling. I would never buy a postcard
if they tack on a $1.00 (for example) shipping and handling charge.
As to pottery, etc. I always say that I like to ship by priority mail
and pack and weigh the item before giving shipping charges. If they ask
before bidding, I try to come as close as possible.
Guess you have to use your judgement.
