I also sell a lot on eBay.
What I have found is that UPS is good for the larger or heavier packages only.
USPS is much better if the items are small or lightweight.
Both www.ups.com and www.usps.com have shipping calculators online that you
can use to calculate shipping based on weight, size and to/from zip codes.
This is great to see if your going to be charged the right shipping or to
charge your customers the right shipping.
