If you buy a used scale and wonder how accurate it it is you can really test
it with weighted kitchen items. One stick of oleo is 4oz. and it also makes
an easy pound and 4 pound sacks of sugar and so forth. There are many
things that are a very precise weight if you just look. I really appreciate
all this good info. Betty
