you can check  for used  office supplies  I know a man on ebay  all he
sells are scales  usually he  lists a large amount   of digital 
startign under  20.00  if you snipe you may get one .  I  alamost did 
but   was  outbid   by  50 cents and  had gone offline before it ended  
i  sniped with 25 minutes to go thinking i was safe and had  it but then
was counter sniped by   someone who is  too fast got it in the last  2
minutes  LOL.
