Bill isn't trying to perfect his products.   1) he doesn't have the 
talent to
"perfect" them and 2) those imperfections encourage you to buy the next
version, when it's available.  ;-)

If you never complete anything, it makes "planned obsolescence" easier
to stomach.  ;-)

The latest, full version of Eudora isn't missing anything that I can see.  
It is pretty nice.  And I stongly recommend it for people just starting out
with email.  It is easy to learn and use.
