I think the aqua is the same as blue to me.  The colors are aqua/blue,
yellow, green, white, purple, & brown... have I missed one???  The sizes
are either 4, 5, 6, & 7 or 3, 4, 5, & 6.  Heck, maybe it's 3 1/2, 4 1/2, 5
1/2 & 6 1/2.  I don't have my book and that's my memory.  Sorry, guys.
