I really don't know. I did get the questionaire about "verififing their
records" and I did not give them my acct. #, bank acct # or pass word. I
had something that sold on ebay and the people said they were going to pay
with pay pal. I went to make sure payment had gone through and I could not
log on. I tried numerous times that night and could not get into my
account. Of course I thought at first that I had not looked at my hands so
probably had them over one set of keys too far and had typed goodlegoop so I
paid attention and then I thought "this is case sensivitive and I have not
capitolized something. I got frustrated at my stupidity and the things that
some of us call brain farts. Next morning I tried again and could not get
in so I clicked that button saying that I had "forgot" my password and they
sent me the questions and I answered them and they didn't want to just take
my answers and said the I had tried too many times to gain access and they
needed the photo ID, bank statement, utility bill and all had to have an
address not a PO. I did verify that the fax # was supposedly valid and then
after a few hours I got an email saying that they had recieved my fax and I
would hear from them in 3-4 business days. They said I had a frozen account
and at the end of 180 days I could contact them about getting my money and
opening a new account. My 180 days are not up but just for the heck of it I
tried and my pass word worked last week and it says my money is still there.
So I don't know what I did. I had not been using it on a regular basis but
didn't know I needed to. Betty
