I have never seen any stretch McCoy here in Iowa and I have ask several
auctioneers that I trust and learn from and they say they have never seen
any or maybe one in all their years.  After the big Walt Johnson Antique
show was in Des Moines last fall we had several people ask about them at
Collectomania where I have a booth and work.  There had been pictures of
them in the back drops of the man that did the appraisals and most people
were totally unaware that they even existed.  Betty
