Heavens No, It's not an insult! I spent part of christmas with my brother and 
we ate with friends of his.  When I noticed the table I wondered how I was 
going to be able to turn the dishes over to verify what I thought without 
looking completely stupid.  Finally, I just did and they were Frankoma.  They were 
passed to her from her mother and she uses them.  They were really impressed 
that I knew what the dishes were, LOL
