[Mccoypottery-talk] rabbits s&p & honey pot - McCoy?

Hey y'all,

Did McCoy ever make a "rabbits" salt & pepper set? I found what I consider
a really cute set. There's no mark, but something about it just says "old
pottery" to me - the glaze, color, the way they're shaped, etc. But I can't
find it in the Hanson-Nissen-Hanson books. Maybe it's Hull or Shawnee or
something ..... ? The color is grayish-white. Like I said, it "seems" old
to me, but there's no crazing at all, so I'm not sure. (Does there
necessarily have to be crazing for it to be very old?) Anyway - whatever it
is, the design looks *so* much like some of the old potteries ... to me, an
inexperienced person.

I also have a cute little thing that I call a honey pot. No mark on it,
either, but I know it's old, too, because it has small, "even" crazing all
over it. The little lid is shaped like a bee hive, I think. This piece is
(I call it) "two-tone" brown.

Is there anyone who would have a look at a few pics of them for me and tell
me your thoughts? I PROMISE not to send 9 e-mails full of pics like I did
last week!

Thanks so much,
mj
