Everybody,

Thanks so much for answering my questions about the books. I looked at 
amazon and you're right, Quita - it's $40. It says the shipping is free 
because the purchase is over $25  (bc -- it was the Sanford's that I was 
looking for. Thanks for the links!)

The one on eBay has a "buy it now" of $34.99 + shipping which is $40 and 
change, so "it's as broad as it is long."
