Thanks Sarah  I am already on the thing for theFBI  they now have a
fraud warning form  and site too. I just have to make sure  If I do
somethign like that  that there may be  somethign wrong  so  I must
research first if it turns out the company for some reason has been
ligitimized  licence  etc. Then  doing such a  report or warning is  not
a good Idea. As for using someone elses last name in a new company  well
on that I am  checking into any trading on someone elses good name  may
not  be ok without express permisssion.
