[Mccoypottery-talk] Lead?

Since I seem to be uncharacteristically chatty tonight, I want to ask a gen=
eral question about McCoy and American Art Pottery in general. Can pieces b=
e safely used for food/drink? Would they have a high lead content? Anyone k=
now anything about this?
