Jennifer do you have a picture of this vase. I have found several Cardinal=
vases but nothing that sounds exactly like yours. If you can send me a pic=
ture I will certainly try. Bettyfnelson@mchsi.com

Subject: [Mccoypottery-talk] Cardinal vase
I recently found a large (about 12" tall) urn-shaped McCoy vase with a ra=
ised motif of a cardinal sitting on a sprig of holly on the front and a sma=
ller sprig of holly on the back. It has a shiny pink glaze, and the McCoy s=
tamp from 1940-onwards is on the base. I can't find any information on the =
vase by doing an Internet search. Can anyone tell me about this particular =
style?
Thanks!
Jennifer
