hmm glass marks   come in different guides  only pottery and porcelain
are in Kovels   . glass  hmm  as far as I am aware  much glass wasn't
marked  fireking ans such was   I  have gotten some with paper labels
too. what you need to dois get  books on glass  they show patterns
thats   how you can determine makers  many genral collectib  books like
Rinkers flea market trader  books have  glass  shown by patterns  too.
Fancy glass like  Lilique was markd as was heisey.  Libby anchor etc
also. . art glass well thats hard  . I  would  take a look at
Justglass.com it   is a great site for findintg  good  Id on some glass.

Meissen is still being made as far as I know . but you can tell the dif
between old and new.  I would be glad to look at the pics of what you
havcve and the mark I  do know the dif if its new or old or  even
homeco.
