I am not sure what book is on the Ivy teapot but I do know that I had a
chance to buy one in near mint condition (with lid) for $65.00 and I didn't
have the cash with me.  It was in Burgin (now that's a small town) and the
next week, I went back to get it and it was gone.  I was very disappointed.
