to Nina do not pay for this item I have this happen to me to if the seller 
wants his money he will email you evetually if not then he is a phoney but when 
this happend to me i sent money order the guy did this to me and six other 
people and ebay did 
not do anything one guy sent this guy oover 160.00 for several items, and 
ebay did nothing, this guy just stole our money and as far as the fraud on ebay 
that is a joke i emailed ebay 5 times and they told me nothing , they  told me 
to work it out with the seller well by then the selller paid ebay there fees 
and left, 
i only got taken for 30.00 for a signed jeff bagwell baseball, 
for my son, you have to watch out very closly but ebay will not do anything 
as long as they get there fee they could care less, this happened about 2 yrs 
ago may be things have changed but i doubt it, try to contact ebay and see what 
they say, fellow
