Hello Dolores, I haven't seen that item before but i have a large piggy bank that is like 2 feet long an a foot or so tall .But it does look old an has some of the cold paint worn off an very little crazying .An i am yet to find the maker .Your piggy seems to be a planter but looks in good shape to new . But ask Patti an she is a pretty good judge of things or has knowledge . Sorry i couldn't be of more help . John in Ohio
