I went straight to the auction house and got on that way.  I saw the cat.
It's the best one I have ever seen.  The eyes and mouth are painted.  But it
wasn't the right pedestal. I couldn't believe my eyes at all of the
wonderful pieces.  Everyone needs to take a look.  I would give anything to
go.  I would love to have that cat along with many other pieces.

I have always wanted to find the tall black cat vase (14").  It was made in
1959 .  It would also be nice to have the pedestal to go with my jardinière.
It's multi colored with brown, green, and yellow.  They are both pictured on
the front cover of Nissen &  Hanson vol. 3.  It's always fun to look and to
wish.
