I have never Purchased an estate but have assessed them . mostly
I get them by word of mouth or through frined who know i can e
trusted to tell it like it is and recommend how they sel it . I
hav done sevral in the past year and got mechandise in exchange
not a fee pe se . itdds tomycollections and many people are lost
whn it comes to getting a home cleand out and stuff sold sometimes
its even heartbraking for them I try to make it as esy as possible
on the family rarely so i suggest any auction houses to anyone
unless i know they will hae one that will do the best for 5them and
nottake advanage of them just to get thier memories sold.

Just had to let everyone know what a wonderful deal we ran
across last week. We do auction's & flea markets so we
have just recently purchasing estates. Well on this
purchase we got about 24 pieces of McCoy pottery. I was
elated, because the old Mammy Cookie jar was one of the
items. I haven't been that lucky in a while. My husband
joked and said oh boy look what I can sell now. He is as
hooked on McCoy as I am, so I knew that was a joke. Oh well
wish good luck to all. Linda
