I don't think anyone answered your question about books.  We have
6--Huxford's, all 3 of the Hansen, Nissan, Hansen; Snyder, and
Sanford's.  I guess if I had to choose one, I would choose Sanford's,
commonly called the big red book, but all of them are ok.  Huxford's was
the first, and we wore out our first copy.  It, and the Snyder one,
aen't as comprehensive.  The HNH books are very good too.  With all 3,
you get lots of McCoy.  You would have to look at them and choose what
works for  you.
