Do not reply to this kind of stuff.  I have had someone try to access my pa=
ypal acct and it is frozen for 6 mo.  I had gotten some goofy stuff from Eb=
ay one of them was to answer questions about changing the way PayPal was ha=
ndled.  I don't know if that was part of a scam or not.  They did not ask f=
or my password or anything.

        Anyone know why I would receive a letter from ebay asking for my us=
