I would love to just have a picture of the mine I had heard about them
later who knows how true it is that the molds were used to make
casseroles with lids long after they stopped making the mines , A lady
once told me the two toned casserole that has matching cream and
sugar and I am not sure how many other pieces in the set casserole
was made in the same shape as the mine it didn't sound right to me
because the set was made in the 60's I think . My daughter had
the dish for sale in our shop some years ago that's when we were
told that story but have never seen one of the mines . I would guess
its a very rare item wonder if any reference or value could be
found on one ??
Who knows how many may be in someone's attic or garage being used for
who knows what LOL.. Its just so kewl to hear about the mine.
