Do watch your account closely.  I got a similar message several months ago
and of course ignored it.  I don't know what they did but when I tried to go
do something on PayPal I could not get access.  My password didn't work and
I contacted me and they had me fax them  photo ID utility bill, bank
statement.  They said that my account would be frozen for 180 days!!  I
tried to use it the other day and now it will accept my pass word, still
can't use any of the money.  If you have very much in there I would try to
get it moved as soon as possible.  Betty the Ok in Ia.
