I am a retired compliance officer with the U.S. Dept. of Labor-Wage and Hour 
Division.  From your information concerning non-payment of wages, child labor 
violation(s), and improper payment to handicapped workers, I would recommend 
contacting our offices in Nashville or Knoxville, TN.  If you cannot get the 
phone number, I will get it for you.

The Wage and Hour Division enforces federal minimum wage, overtime, and child 
labor laws and other federal laws.  If the subject is not paying withholding 
taxes or federal income taxes, please contact the Internal Revenue Service.

I would also recommend that everyone contact the Better Business Bureau in 
Knoxville or Nashville about the misrepresentation on Ebay about these 
reproductions and/or fake items.  I believe the BBB would seek some type of action 
against Mr. Jensen et al.  Or they would contact the Tennessee Attorney General to 
take action.
