Anything like that which looks like it is from ebay, but probably isn't,
should be sent to spoof@ebay.com.  I have gotten things from PayPal,
supposedly, and I don't have a PayPal account anymore. I cancelled it
when they started charging seller fees.  There are people out there
trying to steal that way by getting into your account.
