[Mccoypottery-talk] off topic, sort of

I have to tell this. You who have gone to Zanesville for years know
that the collectors of Roseville, Weller, etc., used to look down on we
McCoy and Brush people (they always have some in their booths now).
Well, my 94-year old aunt loves jigsaw puzzles. We were there to visit
on Sunday, and my daughter brought over the box lid. It was a puzzle of
pottery. All of it was beautiful Roseville, but up in one corner was a
McCoy flower form vase, the hyacinth. Guess it was in pretty exalted
company. I got a big kick out of it.
