What should I do about leaving feedback when I am not pleased with my
transaction. I purchased a salt & pepper shakers and they listed the
shipping charges. I e-mailed the seller and asked them to insure the item.=

I sent the money for them to insure them. I also put another note in the
envelope with the payment and asked them to insure them again. I e-mailed
and asked if they received my payment and there answer was " everything
received ok will ship soon." When I received them they were not insured.=

I have sent 2 e-mails trying to find out what happen. I finally received
one today stating they had 100% positive feedback, and they run a clean and
honest business. Also she could not believe the shakers were damaged. =0D

I am willing to keep the shakers but would just appreciate an apology from
her stating she was sorry.=0D
